The Word Of God

“For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one” (1 John 5:7).

The apostle Paul wrote, “That God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:19).

Paul is saying that the very God that was in the Man Christ Jesus is the same God that gave us the Word of reconciliation. That Word of reconciliation is Jesus Christ, which God gave us through the Bible.

When we come to the Bible we have come to the Word of God. Therefore anyone that comes to the Word must believe that He is God. It was the Word of God that became a human being, which is Christ the Son of God (see John 1:14).

Scripture says that if you believe in your heart that the Word of God was made a human, and you confess with your mouth that God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved (see Romans 10:9).

Jesus Christ is the name of the Word of God, which ascended to the position of the Father. He came down from the Father, and again He returned up to the Father. The Son and the Father are one (see John 10:30).

That’s why Jesus says we should pray to the Father in His name: “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you” (John 16:23).

What day? The day we know that the Son is in the Father. In that day when we know, “Where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 6:20).

Today, we pray to the Father in His name. In who’s name? That name which is above every other name, the name of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. That’s the one name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (see Matthew 28:19).

God wants us to turn our hearts to His Word and pray to the only true God. Jesus says, “Until now you have not asked for anything in my name; ask and you will receive, so that your happiness may be complete” (John 6:24 GNT).

Jesus was speaking to His disciples that they have not prayed to the Father in His name, because they did not yet know that Jesus is the Father. And that’s why He says the disciples have not asked the Father anything in His name.

Furthermore, Jesus says, “I have used figures of speech to tell you these things. But the time will come when I will not use figures of speech, but will speak to you plainly about the Father” (John 16:25 GNT).

Now you should realize that Jesus Christ is Lord, and He is that everlasting Father whom we should pray to in His name. Scripture says, “Everyone who calls out to the Lord for help will be saved” (Romans 10:13 GNT).

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, teach my heart to trust the Scripture and your everlasting promises. Amen.

God The Father

“Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live” (1 Corinthians 8:6).

God the Father is the Creator of all things, and He created all things through His Son Jesus Christ. “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth” (Psalms 33:6).

The Father created all things through His spoken Word, and that spoken Word of God is the only begotten Son of God, who is Jesus Christ, the glory and the exact person of God Himself (see Hebrews 1:2-3).

Jesus said to His disciples, “You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I” (John 14:28).

The Lord is saying that Christ in God is greater than Christ as a human. They may crucify the Man Christ Jesus, but they cannot kill Christ in God. “That Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more” (Romans 6:9).

That’s why Jesus says, “Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you” (John 16:7).

It was to our advantage that Jesus returned to the position of the Father so that the Comforter will come. Jesus says, “A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me, because I go to the Father” (John 16:16).

Jesus was talking of Christ in God, that in a short time His disciples would not see Him again in human form. That the same Christ they saw as a human would ascend into the glory of God, and to the position of the Father.

The Word that descended and became a human was the same Scripture that ascended into the glory of the Father. “He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things” (Ephesians 4:10).

God’s Word can do anything He wants; whenever He wants. When God speaks it must be done (see Psalm 33:9). For example, the rod of Moses became a serpent by God’s Word, and again it became a rod by the Word of God (see Exodus 4:2-4).

It was because God said, “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel” (Isaiah 7:14), that was why God’s Word became a human in the person of Jesus Christ to fulfill the Scripture.

The fact that the Lord Jesus became a human, and He died and rose again, makes God’s Word all the more dependable. Jesus says, “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again” (John 10:17).

Scripture is the true God, there is no power that can stop God’s Word, and all must be fulfilled: “Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled” (Matthew 5:18).

God’s Word became a human as the fulfilment of Scripture, that is, the Man Jesus came out of Scripture. That’s why Jesus says, “I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father” (John 16:28).

PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, open my mind to know you the only true God, in Jesus name. Amen.

Christ In God

“At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you” (John 14:20).
Jesus said to His disciples, when He became human, that when He returns to where He was before, to the place where He came from, then they would know that He is in the Father.

John the apostle wrote that Jesus spoke these words to His disciples: “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:3).
Jesus was saying that when He returns to the Father, His disciples would know that He is in the Father, and they also would be in Him and He would be in them. Today Christ has returned to that position of the Father.
Now we don’t see Christ anymore in the flesh, as Paul wrote, “Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer” (2 Corinthians 5:16).
After Jesus was glorified His disciples knew that He is in the Father and the Father is in Him. That is, “He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things” (Ephesians 4:10).
The same Jesus who descended and became a human being was the same that ascended far above the heavens: “And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church” (Ephesians 1:22).
That’s why Jesus says, that in the day when He returns to the position of the Father, the disciples would know that He is that Father who descended, and He also ascended. Then the hearts of His disciples will turn to Him, the only true God.
The disciples would know that Christ came from God, and again has returned to God. John wrote, “Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God” (John 13:3).
Who is God? Scriptures say, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1). God is Word; the very Word in the Bible.
The Word became a human so that He would die and be raised the third day into the glory of the Father. “The glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).
Christ is the Word of God, and He has returned to that position of the Word where He was before. Jesus says, “I did come from the Father, and I came into the world; and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father” (John 16:28 GNT).
The Bible is that prepared position of the Father, the throne of His Majesty where Christ is seated. Scriptures say, “Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus…and he is now seated at the right side of God’s throne” (Hebrews 12:2 GNT).
PRAYER
Lord Jesus, lead me home to the Father’s house, so that my heart will be where you are. Amen.

Spirit Of The Bible

“Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high” (Luke 24:49).

God promised long ago to pour the Holy Spirit of the Bible upon mankind. Scripture says “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them” (Ezekiel 36:27).

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ, which is the Spirit of Scripture. That’s why Jesus says, “The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works” (John 14:10).

It is the Holy Spirit who gives power to preach that Christ is the Word of God and the Lord, as it is written: “No one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit” (I Corinthians 12:3). The Holy Spirit gives this ability to people.

Jesus spoke a parable that a farmer decided to sow some grain, and some seed fell by the road, some fell in the gravel, some fell among weeds, and others fell on good ground. But only those planted on good ground became fruitful (see Mark 4:2-8).

That good ground is the hearts of people who open to receive the truth of the Scripture. Jesus says, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him” (John 14:23).

God’s Holy Spirit is the planter, the Holy Bible is His seed, and the heart of mankind is the ground for the planting. That’s why Jesus says, “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser” (John 15:1).

There is one Spirit and one seed, which is Christ (see Galatians 3:16). The Spirit is the Holy Spirit of Scripture, and His seed is the Scripture. The Holy Spirit plants the Scripture as the true vine. Jesus says, “The sower sows the word” (Mark 4:14).

God sent the Holy Spirit to plant the truth of the Bible in our hearts. The truth is that the Scripture is the Son of God. Which is why Jesus says, “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth” (John 16:13).

It is the Holy Spirit that helps us understand the Bible. Therefore Jesus says, “But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me” (John 15:26).

The one Spirit of the Bible baptises people into one body of the Bible. “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit” (1 Corinthians 12:13).

God wants us to open our hearts to receive the Spirit of the Bible, so that we would receive power to become witnesses of the Holy Scripture to other people in our towns, cities, and nations, even to the entire world (see Acts 1:8).

When anyone believes that the Scripture is Christ the Word of God, the Father gives the Holy Spirit to that person as a gift. Paul wrote, “In whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise” (Ephesians 1:13).

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, fill me with the Spirit of the Bible so that out of my heart will flow rivers of your living Word, in Jesus name. Amen.

Have Faith In God

“Jesus answered and said to them, Have faith in God” (Mark 11:22).

In the Bible, the Israelites are described as an object lesson for all believers: “As the Holy Spirit says, if you hear God’s voice today, do not be stubborn, as your ancestors were when they rebelled against God” (Hebrews 3:7-8 GNT).

The people of Israel heard the voice of God’s Word on Mount Sinai. God gave them the same Word in Scripture. They could recite the Scripture, but “they did not believe His word” (Psalm 106:24).

Though the Scripture was preached to the people, they did not believe on Him. “They heard the message, but it did them no good, because when they heard it, they did not accept it with faith” (Hebrews 4:2 GNT).

God gave His Word through the Scripture so that we can have faith on Him. Faith in the Scripture is the only way to please God. Jesus says, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him” (John 14:23).

If we believe human testimony at face value, we should be much more reassured when God gives testimony as He has done. The Scripture is God’s testimony, testifying that the Word is the Son of God, and that we should listen to Him.

Whoever believes the Bible is the Word of God has inwardly confirmed God’s testimony. Whoever refuses to believe in effect calls God a liar, refusing to believe God’s own testimony regarding His Word (see 1 John 5:10).

We should believe in the Scripture. Without faith in the Word it is impossible to please God. Anyone who comes to the Bible must believe that the Scripture is the very Word of God (see Hebrews 11:6).

Scripture says “No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him” (John 1:18). The Scripture is that begotten Son of God. It is only through the Bible we can see the true God.

When we look at the Scripture we are seeing the true Word of God. The Bible says, “Whoever believes in me believes not only in me but also in him who sent me. Whoever sees me sees also him who sent me” (John 12:44-45 GNT).

God wants us to believe His Word, that by believing, we might have life through His name. The Scripture is the Word of God which is Jesus Christ. That’s why Jesus says, “You believe in God, believe also in Me” (John 14:1).

Faith in the Scripture is the true faith in God, just as Abraham believed the Scripture, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. “You should realize, then, that the real descendants of Abraham are the people who have faith” (Galatians 3:7 GNT).

Build your faith on the sure Word of God, which is Christ the only true God. Jesus says, “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him” (John 14:7).

God of the Bible is the only true God and He is our Saviour Jesus Christ, and faith in Him alone is salvation. The Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed” (Romans 10:11 GNT).

PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, fill my heart with faith in the Scripture so that I will confess with my mouth your Word is Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.

The Family Of God

“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named” (Ephesians 3:14-15).

The family of God is one family, in heaven and on earth. What brought about this one household? It is the blood of Jesus Christ that runs in this one family, one Word, one faith, one hope, and one baptism.

Paul describes the family of God as being “built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone” (Ephesians 2:20). The family of God is built upon the foundation of the Bible.

The picture of the holy angels overcoming the devil in heaven is comforting. Scripture says that they overcame Satan, that ancient serpent, by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of their testimony (see Revelation 12:9-11).

The holy angels achieved victory through the Word of God. Equally, on earth, the only way we can get victory over the devil, and all religious divisions, is through the one Word of God (see Ephesians 2:14-16).

All holy angels are born of the Word, and they are servants of the Bible. In fact the angel said to John, “I am a servant together with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all those who obey the words in this book” (Revelation 22:9 GNT).

There is no other way to become a child of God, except through the Word. “For through the living and eternal word of God you have been born again as the children of a parent who is immortal, not mortal” (1 Peter 1:23 GNT).

The Word of God is that immortal parent, and He’s the spiritual or heavenly Father. “It is through Christ that all of us, Jews and Gentiles, are able to come in the one Spirit into the presence of the Father” (Ephesians 2:18 GNT).

Today, there is neither Jews nor Gentiles but a new blood, the new spiritual blood of Jesus Christ. Therefore Jesus says, “This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins” (Matthew 26:28).

The Scripture is that spiritual flesh and blood of the New Covenant, which God gave to the whole world to replace our natural flesh and blood. And anyone who receives and believes in the Scripture becomes a child of God.

Let us return to this eternal family house of God. The Father offered Himself through the Scripture to bring us into His own family. Jesus says, “There are many rooms in my Father’s house” (John 14:2 GNT).

The Bible is that Father’s house, God’s home, and the dwelling place of the angels of God. Scripture says, “If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also” (John 12:26).

God of the Bible is calling. He’s waiting and watching for you to come home. “You are now citizens together with God’s people and members of the family of God” (Ephesians 2:19 GNT).

PRAYER
Oh God, lead me into your presence so that I may remain in your house forever, in Jesus name. Amen.

The Lord Our God

“Jesus replied, the most important one is this: Listen, Israel! The Lord our God is the only Lord” (Mark 12:29 GNT).
After Jesus was raised from the dead, He reprimanded His disciples for not understanding the Scriptures. They had thought the body of Jesus had been stolen because the body was no longer in the grave.

He explained to two of His disciples whom He met on the way to a village called Emmaus: “And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself” (Luke 24:27).
Jesus showed them from the Scriptures, that the Word Himself was He that became flesh to suffer and to die, and afterwards return into His glory, the glory which He had before the world was created (see John 17:5).
The Word that became human was God Himself: “That is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself” (2 Corinthians 5:19). Jesus Christ is the Word that became human, and again He returned to the Word.
God wants us to seek and receive the knowledge of the true God through continuous and diligent study of the Scriptures. The Bible is the spiritual window through which we can see God. The Word is the only way and the door to the Father.
We should listen to the Scriptures because they are the very Words of God. All Scriptures are the spoken Words of the Father. Jesus says, “Anyone who hears the Father and learns from him comes to me” (John 6:45 GNT).
If you study the Bible as the Word that was spoken directly by the Father, then you are a disciple of the Word indeed. The Spirit of the Scriptures will teach you the Bible, and you will remain in His Word.
The Word is Jesus Christ our Lord, and He is the true and the only Teacher. Jesus says, “You call me Teacher and Lord, and it is right that you do so, because that is what I am” (John 13:13 GNT).
When the Bible becomes your Teacher you would discover that the Word is Lord. The Bible says, “The Lord will be king over all the earth; everyone will worship him as God and know him by the same name” (Zechariah 14:9 GNT).
God the Father has highly elevated the Scriptures, and gave the Word of God the name of Jesus Christ, “that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:11).
The Word of God is the Lord our God, as it is written: “For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?” (Psalm 18:31). The Holy Scripture is that living Rock and the Lord our God.
Therefore, the people who know their God shall be strong, and stay courageously loyal to His Word. “Happy is the nation whose God is the Lord; happy are the people he has chosen for his own!” (Psalm 33:12 GNT).
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, open my heart to love the Scriptures with all my heart, and with all my soul and with my entire mind, in Jesus name. Amen.

The Bible Life

“When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory” (Colossians 3:4).

Our natural bodies came from the dust of the ground, and have temporary life, but the spiritual body is Christ, the Word of God, which has everlasting life. The dying bodies must be changed into bodies that will never die (see 1 Corinthians 15:53).

Paul wrote that as each of us has put on the natural body, we will also put on the spiritual body: “As we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man” (1 Corinthians 15:49).

Jesus Christ is that spiritual Man from heaven, and He is the Word of God. Therefore Jesus says, “For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world” (John 6:33).

The Word of God has everlasting life because God dwells in Scripture. The Father dwells in His Son Jesus Christ. The Spirit is the Father, and His body is the Son. That’s why Jesus says, “He who has seen Me has seen the Father” (John 14:9).

Scripture is the Son whom the Father sent to give us eternal life. “God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:11-12).

Eternal life is to know the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom He sent. Christ came into this world to reveal the true God to us. John wrote, “For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ” (John 1:17).

When we read the Scripture we are seeing the true Son of God. We are looking at God who cannot die. As the Father is Himself the source of life, in the same way He has made His Word to be the source of our life (see John 5:26).

Anyone who believes that the Word is the Son of God has everlasting life. Jesus says, “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:40).

The Holy Scripture is that Son of God, Jesus Christ, the resurrection and the life-giving Spirit. That’s why Jesus says, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live” (John 11:25).

Flesh and blood shall pass away but the Holy Scripture will remain forever. Peter wrote, “But the word of the Lord endures forever. Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you” (1 Peter 1:25).

God Himself is the life of the Bible, that’s why Scripture cannot be broken. All Scripture must be fulfilled. Jesus says, “Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled” (Matthew 5:18).

Scripture is that eternal life God gave to us. The Word of God is the everlasting life. Jesus says, “And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak” (John 12:50).

The God of the Bible is the living God, “Who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen” (1 Timothy 6:16).

PRAYER
Gracious Father, turn my heart to believe in the everlasting life you gave us through the Scripture, in Jesus name. Amen.

Scriptures In You

“My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you” (Galatians 4:19).

The name of the Word of God is Jesus Christ, and all humans were created the house of Christ. However, we become the house of Christ only after the Spirit of the Scriptures is formed in our hearts, and on our minds.

In the Old Testament the Scriptures were written upon the tables of stone, but in this New Testament the Scriptures are to be in our hearts, and on our minds: “Which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27).

The Almighty God promised to make a covenant with us through the Scriptures. The Lord says, “I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them” (Hebrews 10:16).

God wants to write in our hearts, and on our minds, His Word. We are the house of Christ through the Scriptures. The Bible says, “Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are” (Hebrews 3:6).

When the Spirit of the Scriptures is formed in our hearts we become the dwelling house of God on earth. The apostle Paul wrote, “In whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit” (Ephesians 2:22).

Paul described it beautifully when he said, “For in Him we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28). When the Word of God is formed in our hearts by faith, He walks in us, and then we walk in Him.

If we become students of the Bible, and we open our hearts, the Word of God will come in, and walk inside us, and we will walk inside the Word of God. You walk in Him, and He walks in you.

The Lord Jesus says if we continue in His Word in the Holy Bible, we would receive the Spirit and the understanding of the Scriptures. And the Spirit will teach us the Scriptures and the sayings of the Lord (see John 16:12-15).

Now if the Word of God comes inside you, and the Spirit of the Bible is formed in your heart, and on your mind, then you will become a child of God, born again as everlasting child of God’s Word (see 1 Peter 1:23).

Jesus, the living Word of God, is knocking at the door of our hearts saying, “Listen! I stand at the door and knock; if any hear my voice and open the door, I will come into their house and eat with them, and they will eat with me” (Revelation 3:20 GNT).

Give Him your heart. Open to the Word of God. The Scriptures are the flesh and blood of the New Testament. Jesus says, “For my flesh is the real food; my blood is the real drink” (John 6:55 GNT).

PRAYER
Everlasting Father, open my understanding that I may know the Scriptures, in Jesus name. Amen.

The Bible Way

“Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).

Jesus the Son of God says, there is no other way anyone can come to God except through Him: “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5).

God is Word, the invisible Word. When we come to the Scripture we have come to that God of the Bible. The Word of God is the only way to the true God because the Scripture is the Son of the invisible Word, the Father.

Apostle Paul wrote, “For us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live” (1 Corinthians 8:6).

The Word is the only door to God the Father. The invisible Word inspired all the written Word in the Bible, which is Christ the Son of God. God gave His Word to us, so that through Christ He will bring us to Himself.

God Himself is the one speaking directly to us through the pages of the Bible. We cannot see Him, but we can hear the voice of His Word from the Scripture. The Bible says if we study the Scripture God will transform us by His Word.

Paul wrote of this transformation saying, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18).

Knowing Christ is not guesswork. If someone ask you, “Where is your mobile phone?” you can identify it to the questioner. Can you identify Christ as confidently as you identify your mobile phone?

God wants us to know the truth of the Bible. The Word of God is the only begotten Son of God. Anyone who believes that Jesus Christ is the Word of God has believed God who gave us the Bible.

Scripture is the only way to God because the Word is the true God. That’s why Jesus says “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him” (John 14:7).

The Bible is that narrow way to God, and to be mindful of the Scripture is to be spiritually minded, which is life and peace. Our natural perishable body is that broad way which leads to death and destruction (see Matthew 7:13-14).

God gave birth to all Scripture, which is that everlasting Son of God. The Holy Scripture is God’s true expression of Himself. The Bible is the true Word of God, and the real person of Jesus Christ.

Scripture is that begotten Son of God, and the eternal Word of the Father, inspired by the Holy Spirit of God. The Scripture is the way to God, and without faith in the Word of God it is impossible to please God (see Hebrews 11:6).

When we come to the Bible we have come to the true God. Anyone who comes to the Word must believe that He is God. It was the Scripture that became a human, which is Jesus Christ, the true Son of God our Saviour (see John 1:14).

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for showing me that the Bible is the only way to the true God, in Jesus name. Amen.
